How to Register
- Fill out the above registration form and turn it into the Front Office or to Hilary at hilarypr@fsmn.org.
- WAIT – BEFORE registering with the league – Please email Andrew at andrewr@fsmn.org for instructions for registering with the league (the link is on the registration form) without paying the participation fee. We will register as a team from school – covered by the FSMN registration fee.

Middle School (grades 5-8) Basketball
Basketball is open to all FSMN students in grades 5-8. Our teams are coed and we encourage students of all skill levels to join.
Who: Coach Christina Talberg (5th-8th)
When*: December 3rd – February 7th
Practice: Wednesday & Friday 3:15-4:15pm (Games 4:30-5:30)
Where: FSMN gym
*There will be no basketball on December 22nd – January 4th and January 30th.
