Results Any School Would Be Proud Of
The results were exciting, affirming, and helpful.
They will help us lean into what we are doing really well and improve what we need to work on. Thanks again to everyone who completed the survey.
Overall we scored very well. To measure success, ISACS reporting focused on the responses that were “strongly agree” and “agree.”
For example, 97% of parent respondents replied “strongly agree” or “agree” to the question, “Each student feels well known by the school.”
The survey results underscore our commitment to our mission and affirm our strengths in creating a nurturing environment where students feel truly known.
We Scored Above Other ISACS Schools in Key Categories
Below are our top results.
In their reporting, ISACS also let us know how we scored compared to other ISACS schools. Not only do we score really high in our community, but we scored higher compared to our peer schools.

What We Should Work On
The good news – the things that came up that we need to work on were not a surprise and we are already working on them. Many items fall into the category of ongoing work.
Very few questions had someone select “disagree” or “strongly disagree.” This meant nearly all questions received neutral or positive responses, with the majority of respondents selecting positive responses for most questions.
Combined Results with Narrative Comments
Because we had so few answers that landed in “disagree” or “strongly disagree” we looked at our results and coded and analyzed our narrative comments. That allowed us to create a clearer picture.
Next Steps
There are over 25 report chapter committees. Over the next year, those committees will use the detailed survey results to help inform their chapter work and create future plans.
Thank you again for your work in helping us shape the future of our school. It is an exciting time full of possibilities.
