What would you wish for our school? Our neighborhood? Our world?
The FSMN Spiritual Life Committee hosted a community wish tree at our Friends Gathering for Racial Justice and Community in April 2022. It was one of our first community gatherings after the height of the pandemic. Some people expressed their wishes in writing, some expressed their wishes by offering something beautiful, or interesting, or creative to hang on our tree.
As we move into our 2022-2023 school year, we can reflect on those wishes, those hopes, and think about the role education has in making those wishes a reality.
