Attending the Sale Details
People attending the event will enter and exit through the gym’s exterior doors at the northeast corner of our building. People attending the sale will NOT be walking through the building while school is in session. Everyone attending the sale will be asked to wear a mask and socially distance. On Friday afternoon, there will be more traffic than usual.
If you are a FSMN family and you want to shop on Friday we recommend the following tips to avoid contributing to congestion and slowing down carpool pick up…
If you want to shop the sale on Friday AFTER 3pm and you are picking up your student, we recommend:
- parking on Englewood Ave. (avoid parking in front of the school in the bus lanes) or on Albert between Hubbard and Hewitt. We are trying to keep the parking lot open for customers of the sale who may have mobility issues.
- picking up your student in person* at dismissal in the lobby (3pm)
- walking outside of the building to the Holiday Fair entrance. You won’t be able to access the fair through the inside of the school.
If you want to shop the sale on Friday BEFORE 3pm before you pick up your student, we recommend:
- parking on Englewood Ave. (avoid parking in front of the school in the bus lanes) or on Albert between Hubbard and Hewitt. We are trying to keep the parking lot open for customers of the sale who may have mobility issues.
- shopping the sale
- picking up your student in the school entryway* or pick them up through carpool.
*Important note: if you are changing your dismissal plan for Friday, December 3 (you usually pick up in carpool and you are picking up in-person or you usually pick up in person, but you are now picking up in carpool), you need to email the front office at [email protected] by 8am on Friday, December 3 and let Travis know about the change.
