Chris has been technology director at Friends School since 2003. He has a B.A. in cultural anthropology from Macalester College and a Masters of Science in Information Technology from the University of Liverpool, England.
He has been working with computers for as long as he has had access to them.
Prior to working at Friends School, Chris worked as technology coordinator at the Minnesota Council of Churches. Prior to that he was a community organizer for the Lexington-Hamline Community Council.
When Chris is not installing stubborn software, tending the sulky server, fixing petulant printers, and responding to curious computer conundrums, he enjoys vegetable gardening, woodworking, and playing the classical guitar. He also sings bass in a competitive men's chorus called the Great Northern Union.
